As the delivery time of your equipment varies according to availability, the provisional delivery time of each product is always indicated on the product page.
DHL EXPRESS (24H) :
Your order is shipped with DHL, for a fast and reliable solution throughout the world. In 24 hours maximum, your package is delivered to you personally and against signature.
Please note that DHL shipments are limited to a weight of 70kg per item and 300kg per shipment.

We can also offer you the DHL SELECT service, which is less expensive than the Express service because it is slower, while still benefitting from the reliability of DHL services. Your package is delivered to you personally and against signature.
CHRONOPOST 13H :
Your order is delivered through Chronopost, only possible for deliveries in France. In 24 hours maximum, your package is delivered to you personally and against signature.
Please note Chronopost shipments are limited to a maximum weight of 30kg.

We can also offer you two other Chronopost services :
- Chronopost 10H: delivered to you before 10H+ the day after your order
- Chronopost Saturday: delivered to you on Saturday morning if you order on Friday
We send your order using the Colissimo service, which takes 48 hours for delivery in France, and 4 to 7 days for international shipping. Your package is only delivered against signature.
Please note Colissimo shipments are limited to a maximum weight of 30kg..

YOUR OWN CARRIER :
We ship your order through your transport provider. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone in order to provide us with the contact details and account numbers of your service provider (UPS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, etc.)
The delivery time varies depending on the service of your provider.
CNC-Shopping charges 5€ for preparation and dispatch costs.
SHIPPING COSTS :
You only pay a contribution towards the shipping costs. These costs include: the administrative processing of your order, the preparation of your package, its shipping and transport costs calculated according to the weight of your order as well as the destination.
ESTIMATE AND SIMULATION OF SHIPPING COSTS :
Before each order, you can see an estimate of the delivery costs in real-time, according to your products and your country. To do this, please add your product or products to your cart, and then on the cart page you will have the possibility to simulate the shipping costs.
For all special orders that are too large (specific dimensions) or too heavy (over 30 kg), please contact us beforehand by email or by phone on +33 (0)220.127.116.11.99.
When receiving your package, always remember to check it before signing the Delivery Note. Even if the packaging shows no signs of visible damage! !
Do not forget during delivery to check the package carefully in front of the carrier.
Reservations such as "subject to ...", "subject to unpacking", "opened package" ... are not admissible in the event of a dispute.
If ever the carrier does not want to wait, please write the following note on the transport note: "The carrier was in a hurry and did not give me time to check the package".
In the event of an issue :
- Write very specific and clear written reservations on the delivery receipt: "broken electronic card", "broken screen", etc.
- Note the exact number of missing parts or packages and a precise description of the condition of the packages: "opened", "torn", "intact", etc.
- It is imperative to send a registered letter within 48 hours to the transport company responsible for your delivery. We will support you in your efforts to exercise your rights.
