NOTE for Standard Exchange / Repair Service : We regularly do exchange service and Repair on this HEIDENHAIN HR410 Handwheel, our skilled technicians refurbish this CNC Handwheel by performing full replacement of the front keys, switches, defective electronic components by brand new one (damaged keys, burnt or cut electronic tracks inside). This process is monitored and subject to a strict and complete control/checking program on a HEIDENHAIN TNC test rigs at our facilities in order to ensure maximum quality and optimum performance test of your HEIDENHAIN HR410 Handwheel prior to shipment.

 

On the HEIDENHAIN HR410 electronic handwheel the axis keys are integrated in the handwheel housing: you can change and move the axes at any time. The HR410 also has the keys for traverse direction, for three preset feed rates for latched traverse, an actual position-capture key, three keys for machine functions. If you don't need constantly need the handwheel, or if you have finished with it, you can conveniently set it aside anywhere on the machine thanks to its magnetic holding pads.
